• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged
• You must notify us within 7 days of receipt
• Custom-made or personalized products are not subject to return

Return Process

2. Our team will evaluate your request and confirm whether the return is applicable.
3. We will coordinate pickup or indicate how to send the product to us.
4. Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund or exchange.

Damaged Products

If you receive a product damaged during shipping:

• Take photos of the packaging and the product
• Contact us within the first 24 hours
• We will take care of the replacement at no additional cost

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days following the return approval. The refund is made using the same payment method used in the original purchase.
